COVID-19 SAFETY POLICY AS IT CURRENTLY STANDS:

 

We intend to follow state and federal guidelines and if we feel and/or see cases rising, we have the right to change our Covid policy at any time we see fit.

 

If you test positive for Covid or have another illness at the time of the event, please notify us so we can make arrangements on your pass. We regret that cash refunds are not possible.

COVID-19 INFORMED CONSENT AND WAIVER: As a participant, You agree, understand, and acknowledge, that there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19.  Per the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”) and state and local laws and regulations, TANGAMENTE has health and safety protocols (COVID-19 Safety Policy) to reduce the spread of COVID-19. TANGAMENTE reserves the right to make all decisions and updates to the COVID-19 Policy, including but not limited to requiring additional COVID-19 testing, additional proof of vaccination, or any other safety measures based on mandatory state and local requirements and/or the current situation at the time of TANGAMENTE.  You must comply with the updated protocols to the COVID-19 Policy for participation in any Event at TANGAMENTE.
